updates and
verify they are functioning properly. |

We access your network
remotely using terminal services, fixed IP or a 56k modem and
PcAnywhere. This permits us to connect to your server and control
its desktop remotely just as if we were on site. We can quickly
schedule and verify tape backups, investigate network faults,
install software updates, perform anti virus updates and scans.
Based on the amount of
scheduled administration,
CareNet
hours will be deducted as required.
Core-Net
will take responsibility for monitoring your network for faults and
verifying the backups. In the case of backups the customer is only
responsible for replacing the tapes in the drive when necessary.
Peace of mind at last….
Optionally we can address
backup issues or network faults on a per-incident basis. In this
case the CareNet
customer will be responsible for initially detecting and informing
us of the problem.
